[Lsb-infrastructure] navigator not displaying data elements correctly

for library elements which are actually data,
Navigator doesn't seem to handle them correctly.
I can file a bug on this if you like.

For exmple, opterr is declared thus in both
glibc and LSB headers:

extern int opterr;

and in Interface table Itype='Data', but
Navigator displays this:
