Yes, this is intentionally not marked as a blocker.  The conversion should be
fairly simple, but when I tried to convert one script it didn't work.  This is
only irritating because at the moment I can't use my fast machine for
database-generating after I foolishly upgraded it :-) until I figure out what I
need to drop in place to make things work - I'm having trouble finding the code
I think I used for the Mandriva case.

Note that the mkstublibs script in build_env is already written to use DBI.
