[Lsb-infrastructure] db schema feature requests

Now that we're facing the prospect of deprecating
a module (Toolkit_Qt3) and a library(libqt-mt),
I notice that the schema doesn't have support for
that yet.

I'd propose we want to add Module.Mdeprecatedsince
and Library.Ldeprecatedsince.

I don't think this is high priority, as discussed
if we deprecate Qt3 now a short paragraph in the
written spec is sufficient and there doesn't
strictly have to be any database work at all.
