[Lsb-infrastructure] Minor DTK Manager upate 1.5.7

We have released an update of LSB DTK Manager to fix all newly discovered
issues:

1.    Fixed incorrect profile name for vsx0 user in Core tests (bug #1978). 

2.    Fixed cleanup in Xts5 tests. 

3.    Added one more sleep after killing httpd before starting Apache test. 

4.    Got rid of superfluous repeating of "TC Start" comments in the report.


5.    Minor fixes and improvements.
