[Lsb-infrastructure] New Navigator on linuxfoundation.org

New Navigator seems to work correctly on linuxfoundation.org, but on 
some pages it claims about absence of cache_IntStatus table (for 
example, here: 
http://linuxfoundation.org/navigator/browse/rawint.php?cmd=list-byapp&Aid=164)

The thing is that create_cache_tables.sql script needs to be updated 
(new version is available at 
http://bzr.linux-foundation.org/unofficial/ispras-lsb-specdb), and then 
`make cache` should be performed.
