The test expects the following output after running
/opt/lsb/appbat/bin/testparm and pressing "ENTER":
-----
[global]

[homes]
    read only = No
-----

Test instructions say: 'After pressing "ENTER" you should see a list of the
service definitions.'
The report shows that nothing was printed.

What happens when you carry out the test manually? Does it print the expected
list of services?
