We have a bug open on the missing _CS_POSIX_V6* constants, with the
decision that the tests should probably be reworked to only test what's
in LSB:
http://bugs.linuxbase.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2478
Our IBM contributors are no longer around, but I suppose I can try to
work on the issues you've commented on.
