  Get rid of a separate macros file.
  
  There's no good way to just add a macro file; you have to re-specify
  the entire macro path, and we keep missing important changes.  With
  OpenSUSE 12.3, it appears we're not getting _arch defined because of
  a missed macro file.  So, let's get rid of the file entirely.
  
  We now use %include to pull in a set of common macros in each spec.
  
  At the same time, move APPBATVERSION to the common macro file so we
  don't need to generate all the spec files with autoconf.
