Make sure to put the exact IP address of your node in bindnetaddr.
aisexec should warn you of this problem instead of fail to start, but
this is a known bug i've discovered over the last few days.

The previous behavior has changed slightly.  I'll fix this up in a
future rev to match previous behavior.
