[Openais] Connecting to service group/cluster

This has been brought up many times and would probably make a good faq
QA.

Unfortunately we have no suitable answer today to the problem which you
could deploy immediately. The best solution is that the active
application have a virtual IP address assigned to it and during a
failure, one component of the service unit take over the virtual IP
address using IP address takeover.

This will of course not work for stateful protocols such as TCPIP, but
the application could reconnect if the TCP connection had failed.

I would love to have (and distribute) a component that could be combined
with other components into a SU to execute this takeover operation, but
it has yet to be written. Someone will eventually write such a
component and submit it for distribution with openais. Perhaps you :)
