[Openais] corosync trunk initial breakout of infiniband support

This patch converts totemnet.c/.h into a wrapper which loads either iba
or udp/ip as a transport mechanism.  The udp/ip implementation is in
totemudp.c/.h and the iba implementation is in totemiba.c/.h.
totemnet.c executes the appropriate transport specific implementations
of the totem network abstraction api.

Currently IBA remains unimplemented, but udp/ip works as normal.
