[Openais] [patch] coro/openais trunk: fix config dir handling

Hi,

don't set sysconfigdir to /etc/corosync, but handle it as it should be
and create the concept of COROSYSCONFDIR that's the right way to do it.

propagate the value around and change the code to use it.
