[Openais] Corosync and OpenAIS compatibility

Tank you very much,
but at the end I had to gave up :-(

I didnt have luck on compile one library need by the DLM on the Slackware machine, so no ocfs2 
controld.
Maybe ill have time later for taking a look on this.

You should be fine with anything up to the latest corosync 1.4 release.

AIUI, corosync 1.99 is prepwork for corosync 2.0.

You can't use OCFS2 with corosync 1.99/2.0 yet.  Someone needs to
rewrite ocfs2_controld to function without openais, but that work hasn't
