Message-ID: <20191121181235.14DF.2599B29B@micware.co.jp> Hello All I suggest to add "employer" to the "program participants" in 2 Terms and definitions. Issue Assuming very small organization that has only 1 or 2 persons, that means all member in that orgnization might be not employee. In that case, they has no program participants under this definition, I think. The spec v2.1 draft says: >2.6 program participants > >any organization employee or contractor that defines, contributes to or has responsibility for preparing >supplied software >Note: Depending on the organization, that may include (but is not limited to) software developers, release >engineers, quality engineers, product marketing and product management. My suggestion >2.6 program participants > >any organization employer/employee or contractor that defines, contributes to or has responsibility for preparing >supplied software >Note: Depending on the organization, that may include (but is not limited to) software developers, release >engineers, quality engineers, product marketing and product management.
