[packaging] Wiki or summary page, anywhere?

What do the LSB folks think about this? Would the LSB site be the place for this?

I'd love to see the stuff captured, and "we" are happy to host it. Let me know if folks
want me to kick off the page.  You do need a Linux Foundation account to edit
wiki pages, but they're easy to create.
