There distinction between RPMTAG_URL and RPMTAG_DISTURL is not clear in

     RPMTAG_DISTURL
     URL for package.



In fact, no package (ever seen, I'd personally appreciate a pointer to  
any package

that has used RPMTAG_DISTURL for study) has ever used RPMTAG_DISTURL.



The actual difference is that RPMTAG_DISTURL (as opposed to  
RPMTAG_URL) has

a DEFINED protocol attached to the URL. No protocol has ever been  
defined

and so no RPMTAG_DISTURL has even been used.
