[Printing-architecture] Raw printing bug with CUPS 1.7.0, with a patch

This has been reported a couple times - customers are using raw queues on a CUPS server with the client (running CUPS 1.7.0) using a driver. Since CUPS reports support for gzip compression, the client automatically compresses the raw print stream but the server doesn’t gunzip the data before sending it on its way.

A fix for the server side will be included in CUPS 1.7.1, but the attached patch should be applied to all versions of CUPS to fix this particular issue (this isn’t something we can fix on the client side without breaking valid uses of compression to real printers…)
